From the ashes of two classic Long Island bands, The Howards & Splurge, the birth of Explosivo! was forged. Incredibly sincere, hook driven indie/pop punk songs with simple yet honest lyrics set to an array of harmonies that will be sure to get stuck in your head & having you ultimately humming along. This rock machine is in the same vein as Jawbreaker and Plow United with even a little Weezer thrown in.

The cdep is packaged in a polybag gatefold with awesome artwork on recycled cardstock with a lyric sheet. A pressing of 1080

Members of Explosivo! have gone on to form Small Arms Dealer, Iron Chic, and Wax Phantom. Their long unreleased album "If The Devil Had a Guitar" will be coming out on Dead Broke Records in 2010.
